This will be our 9th short term mission trip to Senegal, West Africa. Our team leaves on February 21 and returns March 2. In prior years we have helped with medical clinics in numerous villages. This year will be very relational as we share the love of Jesus with the people in our adopted village through teaching, story-telling, and hut-to-hut visits. We also desire to bless and encourage the staff of our ministry partner in Senegal.There are 10 people on our team (8 women and 2 men). Six are traveling for the first time.

Depart 10:30am: CFC to Washington, DC 5:40pm flight to Senegal

Friday, February 22

Arrive 6:25am (Senegal time) - Rest, Sightseeing in Dakar, Orientation

Saturday, February 23

Medical Clinic for street boys in Dakar Travel to Thies (3pm)

Sunday, February 24

Travel to village (8:30am) for Worship Service; Day with our 24 sponsored kids; Meet with Chief and Village Elders; Presentation/Celebration of rice/millet gift!; Spend the night in the village

Monday, February 25

Teaching with church, story-telling with village; Hut-to-hut visits, Jesus film; Spend the night in the village

Tuesday, February 26

Teaching with church, story-telling with village; Hut-to-hut visits; Travel back to Thies (3pm)

Wednesday, February 27

Morning in Thies with ministry partners; Potential visit to Tattaguine – World Vision ADP; Travel to village (1pm); Kids Club (3pm); Spend the night in the village

Thursday, February 28

Teaching with church, story-telling with village; Hut-to-hut visits; Travel back to Thies (3pm), Debrief

Friday, March 1

Travel to Dakar (8:30-11:30am); Tour of Dakar, rest, to the airport (11pm)

Saturday, March 2

1:55am Return flight to Wash, DC, arrive 6:25am; Return to CFC by noon
